ORDERING
A detailed quote as to the price per logo to be embroidered will be sent to you and be your Reproduction Price.
Samples require a deposit which will be fully credited to your order. Deposit amount is based on complexity of design and garment value.
PAYMENT
We accept MC, VS, check, money orders.
DELIVERY
Our turnaround time is on average 5 working days from receipt of garments to dispatch and 7 to 8 days if artwork has to be originated by our in-house designers.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
We ship ground UPS unless specifically requested for special delivery. Orders are professionally sealed in plastic bags and boxed in economical methods to reduce shipping costs.

Rates to prepare the your artwork for embroidery are one time charges and will not be assessed against future orders that use the same digitized artwork. If the design is re-sized by more than 20%, or if the graphics are altered after the customer's artwork has been provided and approved, a charge for editing may be required. Total cost is determined by complexity, number of colors, stitch count and size of item. We can offer some stock designs at extremely low prices…

Can I order embroidery only?
Yes, if you already have your customer’s logo(s) on file it is easy to upload the file and have us do the embroidery only. We reserve the right to modify or refuse it if the detail is not adequate for your item.
